A first visit to Mexico for the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series as the divers touched down in the remote paradise in the northern Yucatán Peninsula. La Quebrada in Acapulco is a world-famous exotic cliff diving location, featuring in Hollywood films, and in June 2010 12 of the world's best cliff divers competed from the 27m platform on Cenote Ik Kil. It was ultimately Gary Hunt who scored a sensational back-to-back win at the second stop of the season, followed closely by Artem Silchenko and Orlando Duque in third place.
