After all of the racing it’s time to loosen things up at The Trails. Dan splits time between elevating over the jumps and building them with shovel in hand. Then tragedy strikes as Dan takes a hard crash, suffers a serious head and neck injury, and ends up in the hospital. Lucky to be alive, the injury is a reminder of how dangerous mountain biking can be.
